Hola Readers!

Maybe some of you have guessed what my post is about. Yes, it is my about the first day of my journey to lose weight. I just wanted to plan everything in advance. So here it is. I have a holiday for the next four days. So there will be no problem sticking to the exercise routine I make. Following are some pointers I’ll follow:

  • I’ll go to the gym tomorrow at 8:00 AM sharp.
  • I’ll have 5 cups of green tea.
  • I’ll have a bowl of fruits.
  • I’ll have something or the other after an interval of 2-3 hours.
  • I’ll increase my water intake to at least 2.5ltrs.
